BREAKING NEWS: Richard Brown Commits to Voting Liberal

The fuzzy image of the man nestled in the alcove near the back of the Hall at the Montague School Meeting with both hands in the air is Liberal Cabinet Minister Richard Brown. When speaker Marie Wood – a 30 year volunteer with Georgetown Elementary – asked over 300 people for a show of hands on who intended to vote Liberal in the next provincial election, the ONLY person who raised a hand…uh…”hands”…was Richard Brown. And no Richard…the next election may still be “First Past the Post” but it remains “one person – one vote” [not “one hand – one vote”] so you can put your other hand down.
