PREAMBLE
Anyone who thinks there’s any joy in me publishing this article, or having had to serve a “Notice of Liability” on Reverend Brian MacDougall, the current Administrator of the Diocese of Charlottetown, obviously doesn’t know me.
Heartbreaking, but unfortunately, absolutely necessary. My conscience compels me to do it in honour of God’s Holy Will, with a fire in my heart to wake up our Island priests to also do God’s Holy Will, and to join the public cry for a return to open and transparent, parliamentary democracy in PEI.
Priests wield enormous influence in PEI, you may not realize, although in a quiet no fanfare kind of way.
With the blanket censorship by the media and so-called “big tech”of the truth about COVID-19 for almost 2 years, it has never before been as important, or urgent, for priests to “get their message right,” in line with the words, witness and wisdom of Jesus, to inform parishioners of the truth so they can make moral and spiritual decisions also in line with the words, witness and wisdom of Jesus.
Priests have a special prophetic call to speak boldly against evil and corruption by virtue of their position of power. They have the same graces all receive who are baptized followers of Jesus, uniting them with all the work of Jesus, all his ministries, his Priestly, Prophetic and Kingly ministries and powers.
Priests are to call out evil and corruption with the light of truth, holding high the lamp of concern for their flock, lighting the way forward for them to safety, and walking with them in defence of their freedoms and human rights….everything they do should be for the sheep and lambs under their care, the flock they are called by God to serve, feed and protect as GOOD shepherds.
I’m not suggesting for a minute there are 63,285 Islanders sitting in pews on Sunday morning. But a lot of Islanders are doing exactly that!
The silence of our church leaders is the worse possible guidance (truly, “silence means consent” in this case) which is absolutely scandalous, given the certain proof of crimes against humanity happening in PEI. That evidence is clear and uncontested, and was given to all the priests (including Reverend MacDougall) in part, and which was offered to to Reverend Brian MacDougall and Reverend Chris Sherren “in full” post-haste – upon receiving a request for same – in a recent meeting. No request was received.
The urgency of the situation, coupled with the passing of more days of silence and inaction by RC Church leaders, suggests that our shepherds generally, and Reverend Brian MacDougall in particular, are wedded to hiding in the fog of their fears, unwilling to speak “truth to power” (their job), despite that political power turning corrupt and malicious.
To not speak out against the evil policies and campaign based on lies and certain to do much more harm is to be unwilling to testify to the selfless love of Jesus in fearless WITNESS, as a model for their sheep, exposing evil, and in the process, providing wise guidance to the sheep and protection for the lambs under their care on how to identify and respond to the same evil:
Consider the progression and apparent order of priority that Jesus places on the duties that he is about to invest in Peter as the Shepherd of his Church, just prior to his ascension into heaven:
- feeding the lambs;
- tending the sheep; then
- feeding the sheep.
The children come first – protecting the children should always come first! Women and children.
Jesus wants the lambs to be fed with the “…unleavened bread of sincerity and of truth…[1 Corinthians 5:8], not the ” the leaven of malice and evil” [1 Corinthians 5:8].
The bread of truth is “unleavened” because NOTHING can be added to the truth without corrupting it:
Proverbs 30:6 – “Do not add to His words Or He will reprove you, and you will be proved a liar.”
Matthew 5:35 – “And do not take an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.”
Revelation 22:18-19 – “I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.”
Those spoon-feeding the innocent lambs LIES are adding a leaven of malice and evil to the bread, rendering the bread the food of Satan, the father of lies, and the master baker of the “Bread of deceit” – empty words to turn those listening away from God. away from the light of truth, the living bread of God, away from Jesus:
Amos 8:11 – “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord God, “When I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, But rather for hearing the words of the Lord.
Jesus, on the other hand, is the Way, the Truth and the Life: our Life.
John 6:51 – I am the living bread that came down out of heaven
John 6:48 – I am the bread of life
Such a “famine” as Amos prophesized happens when the shepherds are disobedient to the commands of God, of Jesus, and fail to do the Will of His and our Father in heaven. In so doing, they fail to feed the lambs and sheep under their care with the Bread of Life delivered to us by our priests as:
(1) the Consecrated Bread being true and full presence of Jesus, body, soul and divinity; and
(2) the Bread of Truth – which is the eternal WORD that which proceeds from the Father in heaven and gives life to the world, the only begotten Son of God, the promised Son of David, the long-awaited Messiah foretold to be born of virgin by the Prophet Isaiah, Jesus.
If the words coming out of the mouths of priests are not those of the Eternal Word that proceeds from the mouth of God – of Jesus – then they are wicked words:
“The words of their mouths are wicked and deceitful; they fail to act wisely or do good.” [Psalm 36:3]
Notice that the wickedness and deceitfulness is defined as what they (the false shepherds) FAIL to do: i.e., “act wisely or do good.”
WE MUST DOCUMENT COMPLICITY WITH CRIME
Dr. Daniel Nagase, who was unceremoniously removed from the Emergency Room of a small-town hospital in Alberta when he broke the rules and administered – on the patient’s request – a safe and effective treatment for COVID-19 (Ivermectin and a treatment regimen verified to work with countless scientific studies) – but BANNED BY HEALTH CANADA – which saved their lives, but resulted in his immediate firing! Dr. Nagase has learned much about censorship in our modern era of global fraud, and the anti-science campaign underway, and has been a brave voice of truth in a wilderness of deception.
Nagese has seen and experienced the dark underbelly of the criminality that lurks behind this attempt to supplant democracy in a ruthless attack on humanity.
When asked in a Zoom meeting recently about what to do with those either cooperating at an administrative level [hospitals], or cooperating at a level of “messaging” by supporting and promulgating the false narrative (i.e., institutions like the Catholic Church, having access to large audiences of people who “trust” the message, are conditioned to ABSOLUTELY never interrupt a homily, sitting and listening to a message every week and walking away with either the false narrative or the truth…..his response?
The same now seems to be the only option available with the leadership of the Catholic Church.
Documenting evidence of complicity with crimes creates a necessary historical record, and is also the strongest message that can be delivered on an ongoing basis to those complicit that this is “no joke” (as they say), the criminal component is real, the genocidal impacts of the mRNA forecasted are now unfolding, and these moral imperatives are not going to just evaporate if ignored, not thought of, and not mentioned.
There has sadly been no indication of any interest in that evidence, nor has there been any action, nor any public statement to clarify the position of the Catholic Church in PEI on this incredibly and crucially-important issue, which is truly a matter of life and death for people, and the fate of democracy for “the people”.
The only message parishioners are hearing, leaving with, and acting upon – in the vast majority of parishes at least – and it is a false and dangerous message, encouraging unquestioned obedience and complicity with those perpetuating lies, and in so doing are causing untold harm to the Church of God and fostering division within the Body of Christ.
We need to keep in mind that the devil always “scatters” – Jesus always sought to “gather”:
Matthew 23:37 – “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you were not willing!”
Luk 11:23– “He who is not with me is against me, and he who is not gathering with me doth scatter.”
Jeremiah 23:1 –“Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.”
WHY SERVE A NOTICE OF LIABILITY NOW?
When Dr. Braden and I met with Reverends MacDougall and Sherren 10 days ago, it was simply to deliver a clear message that there is a grand deception underway with the injections being both unnecessary and poisonous, certain to cause much unnecessary harm. Moreover, although most don’t realize it, those injections contain gene-editing technology and nanomaterials, enter the bloodstream (een brain) and circulate through the body (it wasn’t supposed to do that) delivering a pathogenic “spike protein” causing disease where it attaches.
The known adverse events alone, or that they are injecting children and pregnant women when both groups were EXCLUDED from the short, early trials used to grant Interim Authorization on the basis of the situation being an “emergency” (and there being no other “effective” treatments, the clear reason for the ban of hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin) is itself powerful evidence of malfeasance at a demonic level, considering this campaign is unfolding simultaneously throughout the world.
The Nuremberg trial transcripts are very instructive about the post “crazy-mindset”, when the lights finally came on, and otherwise good people like priests and business owners, who’d give their shirt to their neighbour in tireless service, saw what their silence and cowardice helped to do to the innocent among them who had been unjustly targeted, segregated, dehumanized, and then funnelled down a chute to slaughter in isolation camps!
The Good Shepherd goes AFTER the lost sheep. The Good Shepherd does NOT allow the flock to be divided, agreeing to leave some sheep outside on their own, separated from the flock, for the wolves to devour!
So why the Notice of Liability Letter to Reverend MacDougall now?
Because when I saw that parishes are starting to “vax pass” a chasm down the middle of the people of God within the church I love, bowing and praying to the needle Gods they’ve made, acting out of ignorance, getting (illegally) advice on medical procedures that are not safe at all from priests promising that they are safe,…..well, I decided it was time to serve the Notice.
When I realized that most priests apparently know nothing at all of the truth, yet despite their own need for guidance are GIVING FALSE GUIDANCE, and pondering that there is no guidance coming from Church leadership, only the sound of crickets despite it being 10 days since the meeting with Reverend MacDougall and Reverend Sherren,….well, I decided it was time to sere the Notice.
Rather than looking at the facts concerning the complete absence of any benefits from masks, the “flip-flop” of Dr. Morrison, Reverend Maurice Praught, Pastor at St. Pius X church in East Royalty, PE, the same priest who said in his homily that he was “baffled” how intelligent people could refuse to get the needles, and gave a STRONG push for his parishioners to do so on moral grounds in the Christ the King homily, offending at least some parishioners in the process. Apparently there’s no remorse, nor willingness to do the research to correct himself.
This is in today’s (December 12, 2021) bulletin for St. Pius X.
Then I came across an advertisement for the annual Bazaar at Assumption Parish [I was a former VENDOR at this event]. This was supposed to be the line in the sand form Reverend MacDougall – no segregation of the flock!
I then started getting messages saying this segregation was now happening sporadically across the Island in many other parishes – comments like this one posted below the post to the left:
For all these reasons, I knew I had reached that place where further attempts to “dialogue” would be worthless, and that the advice from people like Dr. Nagase about “documenting” crimes now seemed the most important thing to do in the face of inaction and intransigence.
I was certain the time had come to serve that Notice of Liability after posting that FB information about Assumption, and then receiving a flood of messages about how people who chose not to receive the needles are being irrationally segregated and treated at Church like they were sheep manure under the priest’s big black shoes!
The really Bizarre thing about the Bazaar segregation policy is that the PEI government HAS MADE CRAFT SALES AND MARKETS EXEMPT FROM THE VAX PASS!!
There are so many insanely illogical and crazy examples that people have been sharing with me on how the leaders within the Catholic Church have lost their heads in a rush to do Satan’s lying, dividing bidding. Take this story recently recounted to me for example:
A young woman in a local parish who has taught catechism for years can no longer do so – she can’t teach catechism in the church basement after Mass because she refused to participate in a dangerous medical experiment, being now pregnant, but no problem with her sitting with the same kids upstairs in the pews, without a mask, shoulder to shoulder, during the Mass immediately before. Sounds insane because it is, and the consequences are so damaging and evil – an attack on the very heart of the Church which is supposed to bring us all together in one spirit, one truth, and one heart – the sacred heart of Jesus!!
The fact that it is the VAXXED spreading and contracting the virus is what has the devil rolling in laughter!!
The fact that Dr. Morrison spent a VERY long time avoiding telling Islanders this truth, and rolling data into the calculation from the beginning, when no one was VAXXED, clearly to deceive Islanders about the truth that the needles don’t prevent infection nor transmission. Just ponder that for a moment: the person who so many Islanders have put their blind trust in is doing her very best to HIDE the truth (and not an insignificant one at that) from Islanders because she knows it would expose the VAX PASS system as completely unnecessary, having only very negative social and personal consequences for health and wellness.
After posting about the segregation happening in the Catholic Church in PEI on Facebook, I sent that as an attachment, with a letter, and also an attached letter of liability, to Reverend MacDougall, all of which follows:

I will continue to provide information and evidence of crimes to the Church leaders, that being Reverend MacDougall, until such time as a new Bishop is named for PEI by Rome.
I will also continue to pray for all our priests and bishops.
LITANY FOR PRIESTS
Let us pray for the Holy Father: fill him with courage and grace, O Lord.
Cardinals, archbishops, and bishops: give them a shepherd’s heart, O Lord.
Diocesan priests: fill them with your Spirit, Lord.
Priests in religious orders: perfect them in their calling, Lord.
Priests who are ill: heal them, Lord.

Priests who are weak: strengthen them, Lord.

For all priests: give them great love for Mary and a desire to emulate her holiness.
For all priests: let them be the light of Christ testifying truth to the world.
For all priests: let them be the salt of the earth bringing flavour to life
For all priests: let them practice sacrifice and self-denial for the sake of justice.
For all priests: let them be holy in body, mind and spirit.
For all priests: let them be men of prayer.
For all priests: may faith shine forth in them.
For all priests: may they be concerned for our salvation and the salvation of all.
For all priests: may they be faithful to their priestly vocation to serve the flock.
For all priests: may their hands bless and heal.
For all priests: may they burn with love for you.
For all priests: may all their steps be for the glory of God.
For all priests: may the Holy Spirit fill them, and give them His gifts in abundance.
Let us pray.
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, hear the prayers we offer for our priests. Let them know clearly the work that You are calling them to do. Grant them every grace to answer Your call with courage, love, and lasting dedication to Your will.
We ask Mary’s intercession as their loving mother, and the assistance of all the saints. Amen.
