Well, it’s already May 11, and with the spring season upon us, for me at least, what comes along with that is LOTS of outside work, which is not surprisingly a place I’d much rather be than sitting here at a computer with hands glued to a keyboard!
Nonetheless, I promised a bit more research on the Buddhist Nuns’ “expansionist plans” on behalf of Bliss & Wisdom Inc., namely how they are being supported by an errant Three Rivers Council, and that I would do so in advance of an Appeal to be heard by IRAC initiated by a resident of Three Rivers (Charlie Hicken).
That Appeal challenges a decision by Three Rivers Council to approve more building permits for more residential housing units for GWBI – an application submitted to Three and voted on notwithstanding the active IRAC investigation into the Buddhists, along with volumes of existing evidence of fraudulent dealings – that was submitted to Three Rivers Council by the Buddhist nuns (GWBI) and approved with a majority 7-2 vote.
No date for the Hicken Appeal has been set yet, although some additional “supplementary documents” have been added to the file since my last article on this matter.
This recent Council approval of more residential buildings represents yet another successful step in the steady, drip-drip, implementation process for the loong-term plans of the Great Wisdom Buddhist Institute (GWBI), along with GEBIS (monks) – both being core elements of Bliss & Wisdom Inc.
In time, I’m certain that it will become clear to all that the monks and nuns, and dozens of corporations associated with them, are all part of the same global enterprise – Bliss and Wisdom Inc. – itself an entity encompassing a myriad of subsidiary corporate entities in countries throughout the world, including here in PEI.
These arms and tentacles of Bliss & Wisdom Inc. all work together for the same ultimate cause, just as they are all “governed” by the same key corporate executives (with the non-religious enterprises and organizations) and with the same Religious leader/master, Zhen Ru, aka “Mary Jin” (with all the religious enterprises and organizations), with both arms (religious and non-religious) operating within a range of sectors in the global economy, the most prominent of which are:
(1) real estate and land ownership;
(2) food production/processing/retail; and;
(3) education parks and operating state-sanctioned schools.
For the purpose of this article, what I want you to take from what I just wrote about the connected nature of all the parts of Bliss & Wisdom Inc. is the insight that whatever “long-term” Master plan GWBI has regarding Buddhist nuns, that plan is itself a component of a much larger plan encompassing the monks, as well as all the charitable and for-profit corporations formed in PEI by the Buddhists.
I’m going to try to make this article as concise as possible, highlighting just one key, yet foundational fact concerning the ongoing deception regarding the alleged “Master Plan” of GWBI.
This information/evidence should provide a powerful argument for IRAC to allow Hicken’s Appeal to stand, overturning the decision of Three Rivers Council.
This fact/argument has sadly been conveniently and very successfully kept hidden all these years….by the Buddhists, by PEI Realtors, by PEI law firms and countless layers who have worked for the Buddhists, by IRAC officials, and by the members of the previous Wade MacLauchlan Liberal Executive Council of the PEI government which can be succinctly expressed as follows:
NONE OF THE SO-CALLED “MASTER PLANS” THAT HAVE BEEN MADE PUBLIC BY THE BUDDHIST NUNS (GWBI) REFLECT THE TRUE “MASTER PLAN” THAT I BELIEVE IS STILL BEING KEPT SECRET, WHCH IS A PLAN TO ESTABLISH GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS FOR A ORPORATE ENTITITY, ENCOMPASSING A “THOUSAND-YEAR” TEMPLE, AND EVENTUALLY, A MONOLITHIC STATUE ON THE BRUDENELL RIVER TALLER THAN THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING.
This sounds so outrageous on the face of it that it is easy to dismiss the idea…that’s likely why this revealing information has not been taken seriously by either of the following two groups:
(1) by those who were already aware of this fact, i.e., those benefiting in some way in some kind of business relationship such as I mentioned above, for example, or;
(2) those who have heard about this, or “learned” about it (I’ve published about this numerous times, with the first article in my original Monkileaks series nearly 5 years ago).
In the first instance, they know the truth, but are colluding with the corruption.
It’s the second group that think its too unbelievable to be taken seriously.
Those who “know,” don’t want others to know that they know, i.e., that they are aware that all the public talk of a GWBI or Buddhist “Master Plan” is really just to “appease the masses,” so to speak. That the idea of a “we’re done now with the building/expansion” is nothing but a “short-term” crisis-management strategy being used as a charade, a calculated camouflage to hide the one, TRUE Master Plan that the ignorant masses aren’t quite ready to hear about…yet.
The Master Plan that’s not now (nor has ever been) a subject of public consideration and discussion, at any level, including municipal.
Neither is it the plan under consideration before IRAC in the Hicken appeal. The truth is there is no “done now” clause in the real plan, no limit on what the provincial government is likely to establish by way of further expansion and growth, since that’s the plan the provincial government knows about, and has obviously agreed to uphold! They have just never made “public consultation” any part of this mega-development, nor even discussed it as something the province was supporting.
Whatever “deal” that was made with Bliss & Wisdom Inc. executives more than a decade ago by the PEI government [with Wade MacLauchlan and his partner Duncan Cameron taking a lead-role (when Robert Ghiz was premier)] was kept entirely SECRET at the time, and has remained so since.
My research has uncovered that it was a plan intimately connected to an elaborate scheme involving the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), utilizing Frank Zhou and Sherry Huang [Sherry bought “Study Abroad Canada”].
Ghiz gave virtually exclusive power to Zhou to both identify and then nominate wealthy Chinese individuals and their families, and to then bring them expeditiously into CANADA/NORTH AMERICA via PEI. He was also leading numerous “trade missions” to China for both PEI and the Federal Trudeau government at the time.
Things were set up within the provincial government immigration branch so that the province would collect a “fee” in the form of a “forfeited deposit” (up to $200,000 per person) as a penalty for not actually setting up a new business or running an existing one and living in PEI as promised.
Both sides of that corrupt immigrati0n equation were, of course, fully aware that beyond a few (i.e., those associated with Bliss & Wisdom, GEBIS, GWBI, etc.) it was not about bringing immigrants to settle in PEI, which never happened for the vast majority of applicants.
It was what the federal folk referred to as a “passive investment” scheme willfully abusing the original intention of the fed/provincial immigration agreement, and the feds eventually had to change the regulations to shut it down when the province refused to stop voluntarily!
What was sought through these corrupt efforts by MacLauchlan, Zhou, Bliss & Wisdom Inc., et al.- at least regarding the initial immigration into PEI of those setting up the Buddhists in PEI via Bliss & Wisdom Inc., = had all been accomplished by the time the scheme was terminated by the federal government.
Looking “backwards,” we can see evidence of both the existence and secrecy concerning the true “master plan” of the Buddhist nuns. No matter how many occassions of deception or even fraud are uncovered, things march forward unimpeded with Buddhist plans, which tells me that someone, somewhere at sometime provided Bliss & Wisdom with the assurance and confidence they needed to know that they could “finish what they began” embarking on a multi-decade plan to relocate the global HEADQUARTERS for Bliss and Wisdom Inc. from Taiwan to PEI.
Consider the evidence of fraud put before IRAC during the alleged “first-investigation” into the Buddhists [NOTE: Ewan Clark, a Cox & Palmer lawyer who is currently representing Three Rivers Council in the Charlie Hicken Appeal at IRAC, was representing the BUDDHISTS during that first (alleged) IRAC investigation]: a senior executive of a Bliss and Wisdom Inc. corporation PAID THE TAXES – IN CASH – for multiple Buddhist entities claiming “independent” status, including GWBI, claiming no affiliation with Bliss and Wisdom Inc.,
How are we to explain the “There’s nothing to see here,” response from both government and IRAC? When pressured to say something about what they found, MLAs were scolded and told NOTHING, not even a confirmation whether an investigation took place, not a word on what, if anything, they found out in that first investigation….NOT A SINGLE WHISPER has ever been uttered publicly despite what we know about the fraud!
Same with the revelation of fraud that happened with the GWBI presentation t0 the Standing Committee on Natural Resources regarding their land purchases. Three nuns appearing before the MLAs were caught red-handed in numerous “lies,” saying one thing, then having to listen to MLA Cory Deagle who was chairing the meeting read from internal GWBI emails calling out those lies.
One email brazenly spoke of strategies to hide what they were doing from IRAC by using lay people to purchase land.
That such skullduggery has had no consequence whatsoever, nor prevented continued “approvals” of expansion, STRONLY suggests an “unwritten agreement” of some significant magnitude (say, one with a scope of 1,000 years) warranting such repeated, ” to explain all the “turning a blind eye,” to such serious missteps.
It smacks of support for an unspoken, implicit-understanding, secretly-supported form of deal concerning a more substantial, long-term agreement involving not a year or two, or even 50, but a far longer period of time, say, like a MILLENIUM….a thousand years!!
A STATUE TALLER THAN THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING…ON THE BRUDENELL RIVER – (certainly fitting for head office)
Here is one of the slides in that secret presentation that GWBI made to Executive Council, and again to IRAC, after IRAC began (allegedly) it’s first investigation into the Buddhists, including GWBI:
What you get from the presentation is a sense that the “possibilities are endless” with continued, upward growth over a VERY LONG period of time. The “pitch” was that the Temple and huge statue will eventually be as big as Anne of Green Gables, with people streaming here as tourists.
Corporations love to manifest massive displays in association with their global headquarters as impressive symbols of their power and influence.
Usually – for banks, insurance companies, BigPharma etc. – those symbols get incarnated in the form of skyscrapers marking the cityscapes of the key financial districts of the most prominent cities connecting the international economy wrapping itself around the world.
From the days of Babel when the glory of heaven was sought in the form of a tower set to reach the very throne of God, the ambitious and powerful among us have aspired to build big big…and straight up!
Bliss and Wisdom Inc. has it’s own brand of Babel, a statue back home in Taiwan.
A REALLY big statue!!
Here’s an actual picture.
The secret Master Plan envisioning a complete transfer of Bliss & Wisdom’s global headquarters to PEI planned to erect an identical statue in PEI, which was one of the slides in Secret presentation made to IRAC and Executive Council a decade ago (separate presentations), but have never mentioned such a statue to Islanders, or at the Brudenell meeting they held to release their “master plan”.
The picture was included in the secret presentation, but it was also specifically referenced in the text of one of the slides as well:
To get a better sense of the true size of that statue, I put it beside the empire state building with the height in feet:
LET’S BACK-UP A BIT….
Back in June, 2018, before there was ever such a thing as “Three Rivers Council,” GWBI took it upon themselves to organize a public meeting in Brudenell, where they claimed to present a “master plan”:
This was the same plan submitted to the province, and for which an environmental review was conducted.
O.k., now here’s a snap from google earth of this same area showing the construction “to date”.
As you can see, it doesn’t even REMOTELY resemble what was presented in the picture, with the buildings not even positioned in the same direction, in fact, completely different, i.e., you can see the buildings are all running North – South. And everything is much closer to the road than indicated in the plan presented to the public.
What’s the chances Hicken will win his appeal at IRAC?
With the place now stuffed full of Cox & Palmer lawyers, headed-up by Dennis King’s former Chief-0f-Chief, also a Cox & Palmer lawyer, I’d say the chances of Charlie Hicken winning his Appeal are…….ha ha, sorry, I’m not one to speculate.
If I was Hicken, however, I’d definitely point out the following, providing supporting documentation, of course:
What I do know is that whatever is said in the moment by Buddhist nuns, is for expediency, especially concerning the “Master Plan” of GWBI. They’ve proven that to the be case over and over again.
What happens with such isolated events as the Hicken Appeal must be viewed against a “back-drop” that is both “upwardly bound…indefinitely,” and being legally-supported to be able to be “upwardly bound…indefinitely”.
If you look at what the PEI government approved with the initial “plan” for GWBI, you will find comments included in the official “approval” that state an intention for indeterminate future “builds” and expansion essentially meaning that expansion could be ongoing with any set “limit,” contingent ON THE NUMBERS OF PEOPLE ABLE TO BE ATTRACTED.
With our Island law firms supporting Buddhists and Bliss & Wisdom Inc.’s lies so well all these years, keeping secrets without guilt with “client-soiicitor priviledge” and hiding the truth from Islanders, it’s unlikely that the “long arm, and heavy hand of the law” will extend very far on this issue, or ever come down very hard on anything “Buddhist” in PEI.
FINAL COMMENT
We only learned about the “long-term” plans for a 1,000 year temple and giant statute, with unimpeded expansion eventually, because of a courageous whistle-blower who provided me with a fortuitous presentation to Executive Council and IRAC wherein the Buddhist nuns discussed their actual “long-term” vision for PEI, but knowing the presentation was “secret,” with insiders already “in the know” with at least the broad parameters of that 1,000-year plan to establish new global headquarters in PEI.
You can find many versions of the “Master plan” for GWBI….but you’ll not find one made public discussing that statue!
Why is that?
That should tell you something.
In fact, that should actually tell you A LOT!
You’re welcome….now, out to the garden.
