I’m not a lawyer and don’t provide any legal advice, but only provide information from qualified legal experts. When it comes to the Canadian Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms, that source is the Canadian Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.

I have been relying entirely on the following excellent resource in answering people messaging me, since it contains the most relevant information and answers to the most common legal issues and situations facing Islanders and Canadians.
