Eva’s titles after her name on her Twitter profile picture inform us she’s a lawyer with a science degree offering FREE public information [not “legal advice,” of course] out of the goodness of her heart just to help people who’ve lost employment as a result of refusing to comply with unconstitutional government mandates!
 
That, my friend, is rarer than seeing a 10-foot alien shopping at the local… uh…, maybe a different… you get the point.
Eva gives really good, concise information providing clarity on issues we’ve all grappled with over the past 3 years, both in our heads, and, for many, for those bravely refusing to throw their constitutional rights in the toilet and flush (multiple times) while bureaucratic laptop-carrying lapdogs stand by watching, waiting to record that they all did indeed went down…in REAL LIFE.
 
Those who didn’t follow the mandates [which were, of course, “voluntary” since we were given a fundamental “pain and persecution” or “pleasure and peer-pleasing” ‘Johnny-on-the-spot’ decision to make to (1) comply, or (2) suffer …. (hip, hip, horray… three cheers for freedom!!)] “deciding” to say NO, protesting that their constitutional rights are “paramount” and should be regarded as such by our “elected” leaders, and that such mandates being imposed effectively turn our “constitutional democracy” into a “dictatorship,” then those people often lost jobs and their means of livelihood and support for their families.
 
They couldn’t be with loved ones passing in nursing homes, were banned from attending most public events, etc… you know how the story went…let’s move on!
I’ve gotten a ton of inquiries on the mandates, and just as many stories on the harsh impacts and consequences of people refusing to take the needles.
 
Those individuals usually want to know what they can do legally to get redress and justice if they’ve lost their jobs.
I do my best to share information I might know or have, or to point people hopefully in the right direction, but when I read this post on Twitter from Eva last night, I immediately thought: “I’m sharing ALL of that!”
 
Her clarification of when you can take legal action for loss of employment, and against who, especially when the government is not the employer, or is the employer, and whether that action should be against the provincial or federal governments based on jurisdiction…all excellent information to have.
 
“Why are you sharing this information now, when there’s no apparent likelihood of such impending mandates coming back to PEI,” you might ask?
 
If you think mandates are a thing of the past and that our governments have now ‘learned their lesson,” or that the public won’t put up with them anymore.
I’d immediately attempt to locate a “drawing board” somewhere to get back to if I was you.
 
When the wave of illness from a naturally-emerging virulent variant hits our shores and those who have received needles, so will the mandates.
 
Eva should not be apologizing for the length of her post with this excellent work she has done with her research, writing and sharing of important information with the general public. Kudos and thank you Eva!

“This is long, but it’s important to understand how things work in Canada and obviously this is not legal advice.
Over the past few years, there has been confusion about the responsibilities of different government levels and employers regarding COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Some have considered legal action against the government for job loss due to vaccine requirements. However, it’s important to consider that if you are not employed by the government, you may not have grounds to sue them. Instead, you may have the option to take legal action against your employer, who will then need to justify their vaccine mandate.
 
Taking this further, its important to note that most employers do not have a dedicated health department or advisor. In contrast, the federal government had the largest public health office in Canada. Additionally, it’s important to note that the federal government’s health department is responsible for reviewing and approving vaccines based on their effectiveness and safety.
 
Since the federal government dropped vaccine mandates in June 2022, employers who maintained these mandates after the federal government dropped their should be prepared to explain their reasoning.
The recent Purolator case can serve as an example, as the arbiter deemed the vaccine mandate in force after June 2022 was unreasonable and unjustified.

Given their expertise, the federal government has the most comprehensive knowledge regarding vaccines in Canada.
Therefore, it is puzzling why other businesses and even provincial governments (such as in the case of British Columbia) would maintain vaccine mandate without deferring to the federal government’s guidance.
 
I believe it is crucial for Canadians to understand their rights and how our systems work in order to actively participate in our country’s progress. The past few chaotic years should serve as a lesson, motivating us to better understand and navigate future challenges more effectively. By gaining this knowledge, we empower ourselves to handle these obstacles more confidently, contributing to a stronger society.

2. Bill Clinton:
 
I honestly didn’t notice Bill Clinton’s head in the bottom of the screen capture until I had attached it to my post on Eva.
With the “get lemons, make lemonade” way of thinking, I’m taking this opportunity to share my being traumatized with the memory of how this fellow World Economic Forum “future shaper,” or shapeshifter, or whatever they call themselves now, Trudeau, along with the Clintons, STOLE $20 million of our tax dollars in 2017, handing it over to the Clintons!
 
The self-serving features of the corrupt Clinton Foundation are well documented.
While Hillary was Secretary of State, the Clinton foundation received millions from rich and powerful donors, including foreign governments – many of whom were seeking favorable decisions from the U.S. State Department.
 
It seems “money and sex” are the core preoccupations of these WEF friends with all aspects of their lives, both those made public such as this particular project in Africa, and the “secret” ones made public little-by-little, such as with the release of Epstein’s list of people people flying to his pedo Island, free of course on First Class tickets paid for by the Clinton Foundation, with both Trudeau and Clinton on that list.
