PREAMBLE

One of the most heartbreaking things that I’ve experienced to date with the entire fraudulent response to the pandemic being foisted upon us by the PEI government is how the President of Holland College, Sandy MacDonald, so unapologetically stood in front of a CBC camera to essentially admit to being the architect for what many would classify as a crime against humanity, e.g., imposing conditions to attending the College that violate the Nuremberg Code.

Listen to what he said in an interview with a CBC reporter yesterday:

This policy by Holland College and UPEI has affected me personally, as I know many young people, some relatives, who are attending Holland College and UPEI who absolutely DID NOT want to get mRNA gene-editing technology injected into their bodies, but couldn’t face a winter of boredom and depression in their basements mulling over crushed dreams, so many (most in fact, as you heard in the video clip) succumbed to the coercion.

This is very sad, and unconscionable, and should not be happening in PEI, given the complete lack of any legitimate foundation for such a harsh and hurtful policy….it’s entirely built on the shifting lies of confidently-stated claims that are based on assumptions that are false, and easily proven to be so!

What Mr. MacDonald has done is causing a GREAT DEAL of stress in many households, with many people, both students, friends, families, and perhaps especially, the moms and dads of those students. I have spent many hours over the past few weeks since Mr. MacDonald gave public notice on August 25, 2021 that a mandatory Vax policy would come into effect on October 15th. I tried to offer some guidance and support to a number of students and parents of students, and although I know my efforts were appreciated, they didn’t change much, and in the end, hard decisions had to be made, unnecessarily I might add because the policy is both unnecessary and illegal, with HUGE COSTS and pain, regardless of what those final decisions were.

This decision by Sandy MacDonald is supporting a campaign that has nothing whatsoever to do with “health,” or preventing the spread of the virus. That’s a fact easily proven, the evidence for which proof I just provided to our Premier and all 25 of the other sitting MLAs. 

Mr. MacDonald would do well to read that letter I sent yesterday (October 20, 2012) to all 26 MLAs containing incontrovertible proof that his decision to ban all “non-vaxxed” people from Holland College’s campus is nothing more than tyranny, since the science clearly shows that those who are injected with mRNA are not at all protected against infection, and spread the virus just as easily as those without the injections, with some recent studies showing a greater risk of both infection and higher rates of transmission with those who have received the mRNA injections.    

Although it is the President of Holland College [a former Deputy Minister with the Liberals, appointed by Robert Ghiz] standing in front of the cameras, it’s really the PEI Premier, Dennis King, and his government, responsible for this unjustified policy at Holland College [and UPEI] happening by allowing it.

The premier is allowing both Holland College and UPEI to break the law with impunity with an unnecessary policy that violates the fundamental Charter Rights of both teachers and students, and despite not having the statutory authority to impose a “mandatory” injection policy, Mr. MacDonald has made the “voluntary choice” to study at HC so punitive as to likely exceed the force of a mandatory policy in effectiveness. 

I WISH I COULD DO MORE TO HELP, BUT SADLY….

I have received a number of messages and phone calls from very distraught parents of Holland College students devastated by Mr. MacDonald’s irrational, illegal, and unconstitutional decision to implement a system of segregation without warning or discussion or valid justification and explanation (as you’ll see if you keep reading) just days before students were to start classes, finally excited to start doing something with their lives again.

“They will be asked to leave the college, if they’re an employee they’ll be placed on a leave without pay, if they’re a student they’ll be de-registered. If you’re not vaccinated fully you can’t be on our campus,” Holland College president Sandy MacDonald said.

I have nieces and nephews who (very reluctantly) gave in to getting those needles as a result of Sandy MacDonald’s decision – and against their own beliefs and wishes, as well as those of their parents – and got the ‘double-jab’ NOT in any way voluntarily,or by a fully-informed choice, but only because they were not willing to have their lives put on hold any longer. It is so sad that such force is lauded as “success” in the laser-focussed goal of jabbing everyone possible.

I heard from one person who told me that he was so stressed and miserable that even though he personally believed the needles would likely hurt him, and could even kill him prematurely, and that he also understood they are not effective at either preventing infection or spread after contracting the virus, truly believing the injections are poison, he nonetheless told me that  he doesn’t care anymore, and if they kill him, “…it will just save me the trouble of doing the job.”   

For school, for work, for travel…every coercive measure imaginable (even $100 vouchers in Alberta) are being used in this frenzied campaign to inject whatever is really in those needles into every person, despite the lack of any scientific evidence supporting the need to continue with this dangerous campaign of medical experimentation and social segregation dividing us into “camps” with a great divide lying between.  

How sad is that?   

That we have been so demoralised, miserablized, or in some way devastated as a people and a community united in support of the same moral and spiritual commitments to what is good and true is the great evil brewing behind and under this entire fear-based manner of governance.

Other Islanders are sticking to their guns, dropping out of school, spending hours crying in their bedrooms wondering if there’s going to be something else come up that will be meaningful that they can find to do with their lives, wondering if there’s any meaning to their life at all….or, to life itself.

NO ONE WILL DEBATE THE ISSUE BECAUSE IT WOULD EXPOSE THE GROTESQUE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY CURRENTLY UNDERWAY IN PEI

When Sandy MacDonald came out with a “mandatory” V policy for athletes he was pretty much the first, so  I posted comments on Facebook calling that decision out as irrational, unscientific and criminal. I challenged Mr. MacDonald to debate his decision announced in such a “done deal” way, which would have immediate and devastating impacts on countless individuals and families, not to mention the nature of our overall social, political and cultural life in PEI…being a decisive and quick move to a new style of “dictatorial announcements” on the people with neither discussion, debate, deliberation, collective decision-making with consultation, or anything looking like a democratic process…VERY ALARMING!

I had zero expectation that such a debate would ever happen, but threw out the challenge in complete seriousness; I would dearly love to debate Mr. MacDonald, Dr. Morrison, but especially Premier King, only with him the issue would need to be something like:

“Be it resolved that not ignoring the truth is something that should matter when doing so results in decisions that leave Islanders deceived and complicit in programs that harm themselves.”

I subsequently received a letter from a Holland College Alumni, someone Mr. MacDonald likely knows, because he responded to Amy’s concerns in a letter, and Amy has shared both her letter and Mr. MacDonald’s letter with me, with permission to publish both. I don’t know her last name, so if you are an “Amy” HC Alumni and a friend comes up to you and asks: “Was that you who sent those letters to Kevin Arsenault?”  – my apologies.

AMY:   “WHAT SAY YE MR. MACDONALD?”

The great thing about Amy’s letter is she doesn’t get lost in the weeds, but goes directly to her concern over what this segregating policy will do, and how it does not fit with Holland College’s long-standing tradition of ensuring equality that have been thoughtfully put into effect at the College to, as Amy puts it so nicely and precisely “…to protect everyone.”

Whether Mr. MacDonald is aware that he is  breaking the law by pressuring people – YOUTH – into participating in a dangerous and unnecessary medical experiment is not a question I can answer. 

However, if Mr. MacDonald is not closed to the truth, by the time he finishes reading this article if he does read it – a link to which I intend to send to him – will hopefully help him to see how this policy forcing participation in a medical experiment as a condition to attend or continue a paid-for program of education is illegal, and makes a complete mockery of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and other Conventions to which Canada is a signatory, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, wherein education is declared a basic human right in Article 26:

Here is Mr. MacDonald’s response to Amy:

The claim made by Mr. MacDonald that HC is following the advice of the CPHO is ridiculous and false – no such mandated policy requiring HC to demand jabs to enroll was ever enacted by the province, and it was promised that such a policy WOULD NOT be enacted, as Dr. Morrison told a legislative standing committee back in January, 2021:Since then, there have been NO conversations about making vaccinations mandatory in Prince Edward Island, neither by Dr. Morrison and her staff at the Public Health Office, nor by our government, who would need to provide statutory authority for such a policy, since, as it has often been stated by our politicians and health officials alike, PEI does not currently have a law authorizing mandatory vaccinations.

No, there can be no “passing the buck” with what UPEI and HC are doing, notwithstanding the fact that the PEI government is allowing them to do what they are doing, and they should not be allowing it; nonetheless, the decision at HC was made by HC and it can (and must) be unmade by HC.

Someone should be asking whether the normal procedures (that would hopefully allow input and dialogue with teachers and students before ratification) was even followed to bring about this unbelievable “pre-World War II” phenomena that immediately preceded the concentration camps.

SUMMARY

The lie that those not injected with mRNA transmit virus any more than those with those injections is the foundation of a segregating, coercive campaign of fear and force that is completely shameless. Science is supposed to matter – truth is supposed to matter, and those making these harmful, unnecessary decisions such as Sandy MacDonald need to do the due diligence to truly discover what is verifiable and worthy of being the foundation of policy.

I hope Mr. MacDonald reads the letter I sent to MLAs, but in case he only reads this article, I’ll end with the evidence exposing the fraud of his and Holland College’s policy with a cut-and-paste of a section of my letter:

A recent CDC study focused on 469 cases among Massachusetts residents who attended indoor and outdoor public gatherings over a two week period. The results found that 346 of the cases were among vaccinated residents with 74% of them presenting with alleged Covid-19 symptoms, and 1.2% being hospitalized. However the remaining 123 cases were among the unvaccinated population with just 1 person being hospitalized (0.8%. No deaths occurred in either group). The study also found that viral loads were found to be very similar among the vaccinated and unvaccinated,
meaning they were equally infectious.

An even more recent (September 30th) being a “Meta-analysis” of official government data from 68 countries revealed the following:

“At the country-level, there appears to be no discernible relationship between percentage of population fully
vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases in the last 7 days (Fig. 1). In fact, the trend line suggests a marginally positive association such that countries with higher percentage of population fully vaccinated have higher COVID-19 cases per 1 million people. Notably, Israel with over 60% of their population fully vaccinated had the highest COVID-19 cases per 1 million people in the last 7 days.”  [See: “Increases in COVID-19 are unrelated to levels of vaccination across 68 countries and 2947 counties in the United States,” European Journal of Epidemiology https://doi.org/10.1007/s10654-021-00808-7%5D.

Other recent studies found the risk of infectious spread was actually much greater with those who received mRNA
shots, with a far higher “viral load” in the nasal cavity.
A preprint paper by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group, published August 10, 2021 in The
Lancet, found that vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils compared to
the unvaccinated.

Given these uncontested facts of what is actually happening with the mRNA injections – from both clinical, observational and statistical data studies proving the injections are not only ineffective, but for many, pathogenic – it is completely irresponsible, and possibly criminal, for the PEI government to continue with the vaccination campaign.

Dr. Morrison is now talking enthusiastically about the need for an imminent “booster” of the very same injection proven to be ineffective, for example, so it is time that is challenged: MLAs were not elected to follow, but to lead, yet to date, the response to everything COVID from all MLAs is to simply say “I’m following Dr. Morrison.”

Islanders who have decided that they will not receive injections pose no greater (and possibly much less) risk of viral spread than those who have received mRNA injections.

Measures and policies now in place in PEI which are designed to punish those not having received the injections, restricting their Charter Rights and Freedoms without legitimate cause, with no basis in science whatsoever, is therefore nothing but coercion to get the vaccination, and tyranny being sold on basis of a completely false narrative with claims being made daily by our health officials and MLAs opposite to those which are factually accurate and supported by science, but as I mentioned above, are unfortunately being suppressed in support of maintaining a grand deception.”

By the way…jumping back to my two scriptural quotes opening this article, those “words” that Jesus was referring to when he said that those who hear them, and don’t do them despite claiming to know him, had to do with what he just said about the importance of treating others as you expect to be treated, so as to foster unity and harmony among people so all can live in the same spirit of love and understanding, creating peace.

What we are witnessing is the opposite of what Jesus wants us to do (unite and gather) and actually syncs up nicely with what Lucifer wants us to do (divide and scatter) don’t you think? Don’t you also think that Sandy MacDonald should respond to the peer-reviewed scientific articles I’ve cited demonstrating the complete lack of any legitimate reason for this horrible and harsh policy that is based on completely false assumptions targeting those not jabbed?
