Why aren’t we hearing it from the pulpit?

 
 
There are 3 consecutive paragraphs in the Catechism of the Catholic Church that I suspect few Catholics are familiar with; meaning, of course, that, if they are church-goers that is, they never hear about these key, and now “historically-significant” teachings from priests and bishops willing and courageous enough to speak specifically to the times in which we are living!
 
How can that be?
 
We’re smackdown in the middle of the end-times, yet are getting no practical insights or concrete guidance about any of that from our shepherds?
 
We really need to pray for our priests and bishops, asking God to break their largely ‘collective and comfortable silence”.
 
There are a ‘handful’ of Catholic priests testifying powerfully to the truth of our age; about the rise of demonic influence; the growing division within the church; and those momentous and imminent Divine acts that we who are living in this generation are about to witness.
 
But no priests on PEI are speaking openly and publicly, i.e., on social media about any of this nor are they making these themes the focus of their Gospel homilies at Mass, connecting them with Scripture and elucidating their meaning in a “concrete,” and not simply “abstract” way.
 
That needs to change.
 
If it doesn’t change soon, you can count these fearful priests (unfortunately) among the great herd of those who have accepted falsehoods and have become deceived, and are seemingly unaware of their own betrayal and apostasy to God.
 
Priests and Bishops need to sincerely ask themselves in prayer whether they are being motivated in their decisions by fear when refusing to talk to their sheep about how what is happening in the world NOW, are only truthfully explainable as that ‘great deception’ prophesied in Scripture and highlighted in the Catholic Church’s own catechism.
 
We are indeed living in that unique period of time (set by the Father’s own authority) which takes place immediately prior to the establishment of the ‘man of lawlessness’ (aka ‘Antichrist’) in power in the world.
 
We are on the last mile of a long historical journey on the way to a ‘one-world governing power’ and a global religion that will, yes, at least for a while, allow “Christ” to be mentioned by Christians, but only that amorphous “Cosmic Christ” concept, not Jesus, the man of sorrows, of meekness and humility, who allowed Himself to be nailed to a cross for love of us! He – Jesus – is to be killed again, in us, and in who and what we are, His church and His body.
 
We can mitigate the consequences of the prophecy that the deception will be so powerful to win the hearts and minds of the majority of those claiming to follow Jesus, with heart-felt prayers for our Shepherds. And we must.
 
Dedicating our intercessory efforts, especially for our new bishop here in PEI, Bishop Joseph Dabrowski, to be a TRUE “Shepherd of our shepherds, sheep, and lambs is both an obligation and an invitation to combat division in the church..”
 
We need them to stand up straight and tall, and tell Islanders what’s really happening with C19, and the manipulation of our consciousness, with censorship and the control of the media, and we need them to decry and condemn the manipulation of our genetics through these mRNA experimental vaccines!
 
I remember when the the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops were chomping at the bit to challenge social injustices and governments, putting out multiple documents every year, including annual Labor Day statements on the economy and Workforce: what happened to them?
 
Why did they go silent? They need to ask themselves that question, and make an effort to reclaim their first love for God they had when they first were called to the priesthood!
 
Imagine the changes in how good-hearted, but uninformed Catholics would view and understand the confusion and degradation happening in society worldwide (and how it is rapidly becoming worse and more ludicrously irrational) if priests would only instruct and encourage them in the battle!
 
With the word comes hearing, and with hearing comes the possibility that people will be open to being moved and transformed by the Word of God calling them to action in this great end-times spiritual warfare.
 
The success of the great deception in ‘shaking the faith’ of followers of Jesus (which creates fear) is that it opens them to accepting the false promises of peace and solutions for the planet, that will result in people continuing to live in anxiety and fear, and away from God. Promises that will be coming soon from that sniveling minion of a wannabe ‘man’ – the Antichrist – who has no power but that derived from his dark overlord.

THE CHURCH’S ULTIMATE TRIAL
 
675 Before Christ’s second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the “mystery of iniquity” in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.
 
676 The Antichrist’s deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be realized beyond history through the eschatological judgement. The Church has rejected even modified forms of this falsification of the kingdom to come under the name of millenarianism, especially the “intrinsically perverse” political form of a secular messianism.
 
677 The Church will enter the glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, when she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection. The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God’s victory over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven. God’s triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgement after the final cosmic upheaval of this passing world.
