PREAMBLE

 

1. “Abandoned in our hour of need”

The clock is tic tic ticking on a “coup-de-terre” [it’s the entire World now, not just a “State”] and the time remaining is now very short for us to act to stop this encroaching global tyranny from displacing and quietly “disappearing” the cherished rights and freedoms we still enjoy in our beloved PEI.

 

Our democratically-elected leaders in government (provincial and municipal), all of our senior public bureaucrats, the heads of our key public institutions, our doctors and pharmacists. ..they have all failed us miserably and are continuing to do so, abandoning us to the wicked wiles of evil globalists wielding war on us!

 

Such reluctance by our leaders to stand up and challenge corruption and criminality was perhaps to be expected at the outset of this mass madness I suppose; we all initially trusted what we believed to be legitimate institutions, led by people we had no reason to believe were not in such important positions because they were honorable and intelligent people.

 

That was nearly 4 years ago. That’s back when we first heard there was a global Health Emergency with an incredibly virulent virus on the loose, and spreading around the globe fast. We’ve learned a lot since then!

 

Why haven’t our leaders?

 

Because they lied from the very beginning, knowing then that this global initiative triggered by the pandemic call from the WHO really came from unelected billionaires who conjured it up privately at Davos and WEF meetings over years, courting and putting in place politicians and influencers around the world for when the time would be right to flick a switch.

 

They knew it made no scientific sense what they were doing and demanding of people; they knew it was never about a threat from a virus, nor even about Public Health.

 

They did the same thing everywhere at the same time even though the public health circumstances and situations were completely different in different places as anyone could see.

 

They followed orders from above, not recommendations from an assessment of the situation locally!

 

We trusted the information we got from our “Rhodes scholar” CPHO, Dr. Heather Morrison who told us initially that there would be up to 14,000 hospitalizations within a few months when the virus arrived, with 900 dead Islanders.

“Total hospital stays are estimated to be 120 with strong controls in place, and 14,000 with mild controls in place;” and regarding fatalities: “Total fatalities are estimated to be 9 with strong controls in place, and 900 with mild controls in place”.

 

That’s if we didn’t do EXACTLY what she said; but, with a smile, she then assured us she was only “asking,” not “telling”…it was all “voluntary”.

 

With that, the “psyop” algorithm Morrison set in motion dividing Islanders into two camps, issuing signs saying “you must!” while saying we were free to choose, the great grouping began in earnest:

 

(A) Group #1: Those “complying” with lockdowns were (for the first time in recorded medical history) quarantined as “healthy people from the sick,” rather than the other way around, and;

 

(B) Group #2: Those “questioning,” and holding off on their “voluntary” compliance decisions while seeking information for their decisions to be informed!

 

The “divide-and-conquer” strategy with lockdowns began to group Islanders to some extent, but “who was choosing what group” was mostly private, secretive, and invisible.

 

Those siding with the majority in compliance with Morrison’s dictates became far-more vicious against those who were not complying once the “mask mandate” was unleashed just a few months later.

 

Those complying – believing lies and swallowing all the fear-mongering – could now easily identify Islanders NOT complying.

 

The mask program was as unnecessary as the lockdown measures, as far as Public Health interests were concerned.

 

All the “peer-reviewed” science on masks clearly showed they did not have positive benefits, but MANY negative impacts, especially, and most severely, on young children denied access to the essential facial and mouth-movement cues needed to develop language and cognitive capacity.

 

The mask mandate worked as a public “identification program,” revealing who belonged to what camp: “critical thinkers” or “compliant comfort-seekers” is one way you might categorize the two groups.

 

That knowledge that should have been kept private with a truly voluntary program that wasn’t coercive suddenly made those personal voluntary choices of individuals “public” and available for all to see simply by looking at someone’s face!

The mask mandate also quickly made it clear to each of us that the vast majority of Islanders were completely “on board” with trusting experts like Dr Morrison, blindly.

That’s when the “big-group” comfort factor really kicked in hard, and most who were still on the fence quickly chose to identify with the compliant majority.

Not a “thinking-choice” mind you.

 

People understand very well the dynamics of social conformity. We know from exactly what group we can best reap the psychological benefits of “group membership”: the powerful “majority,” not the weak, marginalized and persecuted “minority”.

 

It was at this point (still less than a year into the pandemic plan) that the majority of Islanders slid into living in a state of daily blind obedience regarding all things pandemic, never feeling the need nor inclination to ever return again to having to think about what’s really going on, to “not know” where they stand with other people, to have to be plagued with anxious thinking trying to figure things out, etc.,….”trust the experts” became a motto to live by!

 

This initial choice (that was first compelled and not a result of thoughtful decision and belief) then hardened for many over time, even becoming something of a “badge of honour” for some, with a kind of “team pride” spirit bolstering their self-esteem with a strong sense of “group” identification.

 

Each Islander nonetheless made a choice (despite the strong pressure, Dr. Morrison wasn’t wrong when she said decisions to comply or not would be “voluntary”) then became “set” in new routines, with only the people in one’s chosen group. New associations were joined, others ended, etc.

 

All these rearranged daily choices were gradually redefining Islanders and reshaping their lives, relocating their minds in an “us and them” mental framework with brothers and sisters and neighbors and friends.

 

That’s pretty much the way it has remained here in PEI since that time.

 

Although we’ve gone back to being invisible and looking normal, all the ingredients are ready to soon be stirred up again into an even uglier mess than before!

 

Most families that were divided remain divided. Most marriages and relationships that ended, remain ended; canceled memberships in clubs and sports teams remain canceled…etc.

 

This demonic “division strategy” employed by Dr. Morrison as a “public health measure” (and supported by our entire government with enthusiasm) was entirely a ruse, using fear-mongering lies to cripple our sense of having the right to think and act independently, and that evil strategy has largely achieved that goal.

It really was all based on lies, not mistakes, and once the virus allegedly hit our shores, people didn’t die… no more went to the hospital than with the seasonal influenza, and fewer died!

 

The dire projections Dr. Morrison delivered with such a grave look on her face were entirely based on a “modeling” article published in the Lancet medical Journal, which was a total and deliberate fraud by design.

 

That article has long-since been removed, debunked, and the author discredited as a biased insider working with the scammers, having zero credibility.

 

Nonetheless, virtually overnight politicians, chief public health officers, and mainstream media seized that article as the basis to impose severe lockdowns on healthy people everywhere, including here in PEI, massively disrupting lives and communities.

 

Despite it all being a fraud, it achieved exactly what the entire strategy had set out to maliciously accomplish, which, I believe, was “social chaos”.

 

Of course, it was also a very successful experiment on what it takes to manipulate the world’s population so most people will have their innate, knee-jerk inclination to surrender everything uncritically to overlords, including all their political power, constitutional rights and personal freedoms, successfully “triggered”!

 

As I’m sure you are aware, few know this stuff because of the impenetrable walls mainstream media censorship have erected blocking the transfer of truthful information to the majority of Islanders.

As well, social media is being censored restricting people to manage groups creating the illusion that we are communicating with people who need to hear our message, when we’re really only reaching those already “awake” so we’re really mostly just “speaking to the choir.”

I imagine minions love to sit behind their monitors smirking, knowing that all the ‘awake’ people are sitting together in a circle in cyberspace thinking they’re doing something to change other people and the world with their wise words when they’re not!

 

They’re unknowingly in a little prison, safe from interfering in and upsetting the plans made by the people watching and tracking our behaviour on their monitors.

 

Readers of this post are probably well aware though, and you likely have been for some time.

 

This loooong article (and next two parts) are therefore specifically, and exclusively, for those of you, those of us, who are truly awake, caring, compassionate and courageous!

 

The next two Parts will be more focused on the “next steps” in my proposed strategy, looking at the actual conditions and limitations with which we must contend in designing an action strategy having any merit or chance of success.

 

The next part, Part II, will specifically look at the provisions of the PEI’s Coroner’s Act, with an eye to clarifying exactly what conditions would trigger what particular response, what the responsibilities, duties and powers of the Chief Coroner are, etc.

It will also consider what an appropriate role might be for a Chief Coroner in a response to our current situation, that is, in a strategic action plan to “block,” or neutralize, the tyranny about to be imposed on PEI.

 

The final article will address the practical details that need to be considered in putting together an action strategy and plan, specifically those tied to “what-if” scenarios involving the Chief Coroner’s office.

 

This article is long for a very good reason: to embed two key ideas into our heads deeply so they can in turn impact, in a much greater way, our hearts!

 

That will make it possible and much easier to see clearly with our mind’s-eye what has to be done, by focusing our attention, also increasing our motivation to act.

These two ideas I’ll repeat and repeat throughout this first article for that very reason, for “embedding” purposes.

Also, looking at the same thing from different angles and perspectives, also using different contexts or frameworks of meaning, fills out and strengthens our understanding, which is power.

The longer we ponder and consider a really important idea, the more it can “act on us” to give us what we need to then “act on others and the world”!

 

We need to get more focused, more energized, more inspired to act, and quite frankly, more upset that others aren’t doing anything, and a little sadder that innocent people are suffering and will continue to suffer if nothing is done to stop what’s coming.

 

So, pondering all of this isn’t just about getting to know something, although it does increase confidence and power to better understanding something, as I mentioned.

 

But it’s mostly about using knowledge to create “sustained awareness” that transforms us so we can truly act with power.

 

Those two key ideas are as follows, start embedding:

 

(1) We’ve been abandoned, so if anything is going to happen it’s going to happen because we make it happen, and,

 

(2) We have very little time to get serious about doing something.

 

A key event happening this coming May will see a “signing-away” of our rights and freedoms in a new international Pandemic Treaty.

 

Avenues for action to interrupt their plans to turn us into slaves (such as the one I’ll be suggesting) will evaporate then.

 

That’s four (4) months from now!

 

Silence and a refusal to act may be forgivable for our leaders initially, even for some time following the initial announcement back in early 2020, but no more!

 

It’s egregiously not acceptable for our leaders to remain silent and take no action against this attack on our well-being, rights and freedoms.

 

 

The continued refusal of ALL public leaders in PEI – civil and religious (most importantly the new Bishop of the Catholic Church, Premier King, and the Minister of Health) to say anything that might raise a suspicion against the now-obvious and well-documented imposition of tyranny that is slowly unfolding through gradual implementation is sickening to behold, and beyond shameful.

 

Nor have our leaders been willing to have a discussion with Islanders raising legitimate questions and now presenting tons of powerful, recent, peer-reviewed “science” that not only challenges but completely destroys the “safe and effective” claims regarding the mRNA injections.

 

Our Chief Public Health officer is still telling Islanders to get mRNA shots, and has PRIORITIZED pregnant women, as well as the elderly and those with compromised health, all groups who should ABSOLUTELY not be getting those needles, based on the best “goal standard” peer-reviewed science!

 

Not to get too sidetracked, but it was peer-reviewed scientific research that was, if you recall, what Dr. Morrison touted as the required “gold standard” needed for decisions to use what was already a “proven-in-practice” effective treatment, so Dr. Morrison REFUSED to allow Island doctors to prescribe or use on their patients with C-19!

 

Dr. Morrison may argue that it was federal guidance she was following. No matter. She made the decision having full responsibility and the political and legal power to either say “yes” or “no” since PEI has full jurisdictional control over health and the power and right to set health policy, so it was Morrison’s choice entirely!

 

Her respect for, and mention of peer-reviewed science was, of course, way back at the beginning of it all when there were no such peer-reviewed studies available to present in defense of using hydroxychlorine and Ivermectin as treatments to save people infected with Covid-19.

 

Morrison was real big on the “gold standard” peer-reviewed science then! What happened to make her ignore it so completely now?

 

I contend from the evidence that any deaths attributed to C-19 in Prince Edward Island were preventable. They would likely not have happened if these highly-effective drugs had been used and not banned by Dr. Morrison.

 

They were falsely denigrated so as to allow emergency authorization to be granted to mRNA needles, which could not have happened if there were available treatments.

 

This part of the pandemic horror story represents not only a breach of the Hippocratic Oath by our Chief Public Health officer, (imposing the same breach, making it mandatory for all our doctors), but in my opinion, “medical malpractice” resulting in manslaughter.

For these individuals with the power and charge to govern us to choose to remain silent still, with so much at stake concerning the health and well-being of ALL Islanders, not to mention ALL future Islanders, and our entire Island itself regarding sovereignty and a capacity for self-determination, is truly beyond tragic.

It should be embarrassing for them; it sure is painful for us to watch this continued refusal to acknowledge, accept, and then act responsibly and morally on the truth [for which, again, the evidence now is overwhelming].

 

They won’t likely change though, so Islanders will continue to suffer great harms unnecessarily from believing and following their lies and policies.

That such a thing could even be happening is both indicative of a kind of “mass psyop” afoot in the world AND the coordination and guidance of a master global ‘death and depopulation plan’ by the demonically-inspired.

 

Are we therefore condemned to inevitably and imminently lose our freedom to tyrants as a result of being abandoned by our local leaders exhibiting such callous, irresponsible, immoral and “illegal” compliance with this Great Global crime against humanity?

 

Are we forced to simply accept what’s about to descend upon us like a fowler’s net?

 

No, I don’t believe so.

 

However, the success of any effort to block what’s coming from happening here requires a carefully-thought out strategic action plan, which would of course not be at all certain to be successful.

 

The question remaining is: “What would a possibly-effective action strategy look like?”

 

That’s the purpose for the three-part series: to first of all make it as clear as a bell to us that we NEED one, an action strategy. Secondly, to then explore what a strategy might be.

 

 

We need to put together and ponder what we know to prepare a strategy for what’s coming. We have a mountain to climb, with apparently little or no mountain-climbing gear, no political sherpas, and about 4 months to climb it!

 

 

Before getting into the guts of my strategic analysis and suggestions, it is important that readers are clear about my motivation behind this series.

 

My goal may look “political” in nature, but it is entirely spiritual, as I explained in great detail in my mission statement on my website “Fleeing Babylon.”

 

I won’t reproduce all that thinking here again, other than to say that as a Catholic Christian I believe I’m called to “testify to the truth” and must do so to be faithful and obedient to God in imitation of Jesus.

 

Now that the world has become so evil and lawless, and everything is effectively a lie, “testifying to the truth” is no longer possible without also, and at the same time, “exposing evil”.

 

Our moral and spiritual choices now becomes obvious to others because we are also being increasingly compelled to publicly participate in evil, and if we say “no,” that gets noticed.

 

To be clear, as anyone who reads my stuff should know, I believe that our true home is in heaven. It’s only THAT Kingdom I’m working to establish here on earth.

 

And not by any merit or power of mine, but by the grace and power of God’s Holy Spirit working in and through me, just like we pray when we say: “Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

 

Anyone espousing a “political messianism” is a candidate for consideration with the popular “who’s the Antichrist living among us” mental guessing gameshow playing in people’s heads…because that’s what the devil promises!

 

My aim is to establish truth where there is falsehood, peace where there is violence, love where there’s hate.. (I’ll stop there before we all start singing the prayer of St Francis in our heads).

 

The courageous among us (who’ve already made the choice to be so) need to now be even more courageous, as the temptation to “throw in the towel” with trying to help other people intensifies as we become increasingly concerned for ourselves and our immediate family.

 

We need to be smart and organized in the way we act “bravely” though… gentle as doves, yes, but cunning as serpents, says Jesus.

 

That means thinking ahead strategically so that the way we “speak the truth” publicly to EXPOSE evil “effects” or brings about transformation in other people.

 

With enough people changing, the possibility of more substantive social change comes as well.

 

The more people joining in a wise strategic action plan, the more transformative power it has, and the greater the likelihood it will actually cause people to take notice, then open themselves to consider changing based on what they see and hear.

 

Testifying to the truth publicly together means having both a clear “goal” and “right intention” or purpose in mind for acting: a strategic step-by-step plan to follow something that we can understand, get behind together, and share with others, giving opportunity to the frightened and deceived among our fellow Islanders to see that deception and evil within which they are now living and being compelled to regard as “morally good”.

 

There’s certainly no shortage of that kind of evil to expose.

 

It’s getting easier by the day to embrace Jesus’ words telling us we must “hate our life in this world” if we want to survive it, persevere, and get to heaven.

 

 

In my opinion, a day not getting closer to Jesus to be holier, through prayer, work and disciplining our attention to be thinking of things here on earth from the perspective of God’s Will…. is a wasted day.

 

But while we’re in the world, our mission is, as it was for Jesus, to testify to the truth, and to take whatever punishment and persecution from the corrupt liars such witnessing and work to bring about the kingdom of God on earth might bring.

If we don’t speak up, we’re not following Jesus and we’re not challenging corruption to possibly bring about a more just society for our children.

 

If we remain silent and inactive can we even call ourselves Christians without blushing?

 

We’re not cowards like the leaders who have abandoned us, so let’s move on together to explore seriously whether those of us who are aware, awake and anxious to do something good for others can construct and pursue a strategy that we can embrace together to save our ourselves, our children, our Island, and our future.

 

If we fail to act, we are certain to lose our ability to retain control over our health-care sovereignty (a fully provincial jurisdiction), which is just another way of saying our “sovereignty,” now that the would-be-tyrants controlling the unfolding of events in the entire world move to establish that control permanently over the entire world.

 

I say that because of the way the word “health” has now become a pretense for all kinds of things having nothing to do with health, but lots to do with being able to control people, the way masters control slaves, wardens control prisoners.

 

The word-smithers at the WHO and WEF ‘shaping’ things have redefined the concept of “public health,” making it so broad as to mean just about anything.

 

So we’re not just looking at losing sovereignty over health, or public health, we lose control over essentially our entire personal and public lives.

 

 

I know it, and if you’ve read this far, you know it!

3. What May, 2024 will bring

 

As I explained in my quite extensive “Website Mission” at the time I launched my website a few months ago, “Fleeing Babylon,” come May 2024, the global battle for the power and ability to determine the future in PEI will have been pretty-much legally “ceded to the WHO” by Trudeau if things proceed according to plan.

 

That plan is for Trudeau to sign a new Global Pandemic Treaty, with nearly 200 other country leaders, which will effectively be the “point of no return” for any legitimate legal claim to our individual constitutional rights and freedoms in PEI.

 

This is what I wrote in my website mission statement a few months ago:

 

 

The terms and conditions embedded in that global treaty soon to be activated by Trudeau’s signature will immediately transfer the decision-making powers from our national government to the WHO!

 

Those powers will include the ability to both determine what constitutes a global “Public Health Emergency,” as well as powers to restrict individuals and whole communities, regions, provinces and countries regarding lockdowns, mandatory vaccine mandates, restrictions to travel without compliance to mRNA needle mandates, restrictions of digital and social interactions and financial transactions, etc. essentially a social credit system like China!

 

That powerful document will enable billionaires behind the WHO to mandate all such restrictive measures on us DIRECTLY once a Public Health Emergency has been declared by the WHO!

 

The “slight-of-hand” in all of this is, of course, that people feel confused and disempowered about whether, and to what degree, this is even wrong as a result of concern for legitimate sicknesses that do spread globally, such as viruses and bacteria, which we are all very aware can cause the need to declare a Public Health Emergency.

 

As I’ve already mentioned, “Public Health” is now just a pretense, a catch-all phrase in the coup’s pandemic treaty and tyranny toolbox to allow them to do pretty much whatever they want to control us.

That means we can expect to see WHO declare “other things” to be “Public Health Emergencies” as well, and you can bet the first such tyrannical declaration will be “climate change”!

 

The signs are there already, the “prep work” nationally is evident in studies that Canada’s Public Health officer, Dr. Tam, who has already commissioned studies connecting “public health concerns” with climate change, laying the foundation for what’s to come, so prepare for that!

 

In a 2022 Health Canada document titled, “Mobilizing Public Health Action on Climate Change in Canada,” we read in her statement announcing the report produced from that study:

 

 

 

 

This Part 1 has been meant to raise and/or increase in the minds of readers just how dire the circumstances are that we are currently facing.

 

We have a very limited amount of time to do something to stop this tyranny from establishing itself here in PEI.

 

With four months to go until an international treaty is signed; and with 27 elected local politicians we can expect to continue to do nothing but comply, is there any practical strategic option still available to us that might stop this tyranny from coming here?

 

 

It’s a new kind of dictatorship strategy these powerful billionaire globalists have employed. It’s one they believe will ensure a smooth, quiet transition from “democracy” to “dictatorship”.

 

It carries none of the images we typically associate with tyranny as we’ve come to know it from the past. It’s a strategy attacking us from within our minds!

Propaganda was always a part of the strategic plans of dictators in the past, but what we’re experiencing today is something entirely new; something the world’s population has never been subjected to before.

 

Before the internet, AI and sophisticated communication networks, a global deception strategy like what we’re experiencing was not even possible, nor even thought possible.

 

But it is happening now, in real time. In fact, we’re more than 3 years into it!

That complicated plan has been in the works for a very, very long time before it was executed, of course.

 

The arrogant architects at the apex of this unfolding abomination are now about to flick the “on/off switch” on the political model governing us, and they are flicking it in the “up” direction!

 

You may not have fully realized it yet – or if you have some awareness, not yet pondered the full implications of the soon-to-be ratified “Pandemic Treaty” – but we need to grapple with the reality that a “one-world-government” is indeed scheduled for a quiet launch this coming May!

 

4 months isn’t much time to put a plan in place to save our province, our future, and our children’s future ..agreed?

 

I’ve been thinking about that a lot, and looking at the mechanisms currently in place that could possibly offer an avenue to interrupt this process and block it.

I’ve already went down the road appealing to our Lieutenant Governor with the submission of a request for her intervention not to allow any further unjustified declaration of “Public Health Emergency Declarations” by Premier King and his executive council. I offered scads of convincing evidence and argument, but her position has unfortunately been rendered into a token ceremonial one, notwithstanding the power that remains at her disposal by virtue of her position.

Our Lieutenant Governor is a person honored with considerable perks and prestige to do what she is told: smile, shake hands, host galas and public events from time to time, and to give unquestioned support to the government, with signatures when necessary, on whatever is put in front of her, without questioning.

 

There was never any real possibility that my appeal to her would unleash the power of her office to prevent the province from proceeding with further unjustified Public Health Emergency Orders, which had to be renewed each month by an act of Executive Council.

 

The Lieutenant Governor has never challenged anything that was done by Premier King and Dr Morrison despite all the material I submitted to her, nor has she ever responded to me.

 

Normally, we would appeal to our MLAs, especially the opposition political parties leaders. What say ye on that idea? That’s a dead-end street.

 

In the past, if opposition MLAs had something on the government, they’d be all over them in a minute, but no more.

We’re living in a truly lawless society now, with no effective political opposition in our legislative assembly.

 

That’s unfortunately another “non-starter” for a strategy, so forget trying to get a meeting with the Premier or Leader of the Official Opposition, a totally useless waste of time and energy, as I’m sure you well know.

 

But I do believe there may be one remaining avenue that could potentially throw a monkey wrench into the globalist’s plans for Prince Edward Island – remote as it may be – and the title of this three-part series makes no secret of what I think that avenue is: our Provincial Chief Coroner.

 

The Chief Coroner has four other coroners in his workforce, and is a VERY powerful position when it comes to people dying with question marks on their bodies!

 

There hasn’t been any public mention by the Chief Coroner of anything relating to the excess deaths happening here (and everywhere in the world) coinciding with the roll out the MRNA needle program.

Nor has there been any public mention by him of anything relating to research from Coroners elsewhere performing autopsies and investigating suspicious deaths related to mRNA needles!

 

The Chief Coroner for PEI is the person we should be hearing from on both these possibly-related and very concerning issues currently affecting our population.

Being appointed by a government in cahoots with criminals suggests that the new Chief Coroner (notwithstanding being young and ambitious, and sounding idealistic in his comments with the media after his recent appointment) makes it unlikely we’ll ever hear from him on these two issues on his OWN initiative, HENCE THE NEED FOR A STRATEGY to compel him to speak up and act responsibly.

 

This first part has been necessarily long to clearly articulate the situation we are facing because the two main things that we need to accept (not only “know”) if we are to realize what we are truly up against are (1) that we have been abandoned, and (2) we have four months to do something ourselves!

 

 

Time is indeed fast-running out to be able to mount any serious effort to publicly expose what is really going on with the MRNA injections and depopulation plans of the WHO (to a sufficient number of Islanders, and to a sufficient degree) to then be able to make an organized resistance possible to stave-off losing control of our Island and personal rights and freedoms.

 

I believe that the key may lie with our Chief Coroner.

 

I’ll take a look at the key provisions of the provincial Statutory Act upon which the mandate, duty and power of the Provincial Chief Coroner for PEI in PART 2.
